The ninja population is low, so it is thought that it is a weak village, but this village has no genin or chuunin, just academy students, jounin, and s-class. The training is tough, so the ninja graduate right to jounin.
The Village Hidden By The Mountains is in the Land of Swiftness, a country that looks something like South Africa, but nobody really knows for sure. They also speak Japanese, English, and Afrikaans.
